I love Circle C!

I have been a resident in this beautiful neighborhood for over 20 years now and I love everything about it, the people, the places and the things. From the awesome architecture, the very sweet people, to the park and the great HEB, we are blessed. I am a supporter of everything Circle C. I have been helping people buy and sell real estate in this neighborhood for over 20 years as well. It is very easy to sell in a neighborhood I have such a passion for.

One of the people that I have a great fondness for is the publisher of this magazine that we are bringing to you as a gift, his name is Scott Wesner, and he is a great example of the kind of people we have living in Circle C. He is a father, a business owner, and a contributing member of society. Scott and I met at an open house I was holding over 10 years ago. I immediately had a fondness for him and realized that he was a cool person. Although I liked him and I saw him, "around the C", we did not become really great friends until two years ago. You can now find us at the Starbucks most weekdays, conversing over great topics and laughing at ourselves.

This magazine, Texas Hill Country, is a passion project for Scott, he literally loves creating it every three months. The magazine covers all things Texas, from the great vineyards, to Enchanted Rock, to the great festivals, museums and all wonderful activities to do in Central Texas. When Scott asked me to create a forward for this version of the magazine and bring it to you, I jumped at the chance. As a business owner, a father and a proud resident of Circle C and a proud Austinite, I love spreading positive and good news. This magazine is filled with positive and great news.
